How far in advance do I have to reserve?
Your airport shuttle reservation must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival and / or departure to the airport in Paris.

How long will our transfer take?
45-60 minutes for a transfer between CDG and Disney or Paris
45-60 minutes for a transfer between Orly and Disney or Paris
90-120 minutes for a transfer between Beauvais and Disney or Paris
How and where will I be picked up at the airport?
Our driver will wait in front of the information desk, holding your name on a board. It will be best if you could provide us with your mobile number so that our driver can keep in touch with you during pick up.
How and where will I be picked up at the hotel?
Our driver will pick you up in the lobby of the hotel with a name sign.
What are the differences between private and shuttle transfers?
A private transfer is a taxi or other vehicle reserved solely for your party. Private transfers will be waiting for you on arrival to the destination airport, and will take you directly to your destination without any stops on route.
A shuttle transfer is usually a shared bus or minivan, which sometimes can entail waiting for other passengers to get on, and making stops at additional locations on route (2 maximum) to your drop off.
What does "private minivan X2" mean in your booking system?
When you book a "private minivan X2," it means that you will receive either a van and a sedan car or two vans, depending on our availability at the time of your booking. This option is typically offered for groups of 9 to 12 people, ensuring ample space for all passengers and their luggage.
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will normally wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed.
If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage please call your driver to ensure that your driver will wait.
If you foresee that you will take less time (only hand luggage) please advise us at the same time you book.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
All airport pickups come included with the flight tracking feature. Our drivers work with a mobile application that tracks all of our client’s flights.
If your flight is delayed we will already know about it. So, even if you flight arrives late, your driver will still be there waiting for you.
